Rawa dosa

Ingrediesnts-rawa

2 cups soaked urad dal

a pinch of sugar

salt to taste

green chillies-1 or 2

pieces of coconut

Method- Take 2 cups rawa and 1 cup urad dal(soaked) and grind it.Keep aside for 6-7 hours and let it ferment.

THEN make thin crispy dosas,adding salt,a pinch of sugar(for crispiness),and few pieces of coconut and 2-3 small green chillies.

HANDY TIPS

1)For soft idlis-take 2 cups rava(roasted) and 1 cup soaked urad dal.grind urad dal which is soaked overnight.

Method-Take 2 cups rawa and tie in a cloth.Put in a pressure cooker and let 1 whislte ring.Seive the rawa and add soaked urad dal.PUT idlis in the Idli mould and cook for 5 minutes.Soft idlis are reday.

Nachni(ragi)

For reducing weight ,use nachni (ragi)atta to make rotis.Excellent red rotis are made.Add wheat in the beginning and then gradually decrease the quantity of wheat.nachni is an excellent source of calcium.Allservents eat nachni,that is why they have so much strength.you can also have bajri rotis instead of wheat.
