HANDY TIPS

1)For soft idlis-take 2 cups rava(roasted) and 1 cup soaked urad dal.grind urad dal which is soaked overnight.

Method-Take 2 cups rawa and tie in a cloth.Put in a pressure cooker and let 1 whislte ring.Seive the rawa and add soaked urad dal.PUT idlis in the Idli mould and cook for 5 minutes.Soft idlis are reday.
