Rawa dosa

Ingrediesnts-rawa

2 cups soaked urad dal

a pinch of sugar

salt to taste

green chillies-1 or 2

pieces of coconut

Method- Take 2 cups rawa and 1 cup urad dal(soaked) and grind it.Keep aside for 6-7 hours and let it ferment.

THEN make thin crispy dosas,adding salt,a pinch of sugar(for crispiness),and few pieces of coconut and 2-3 small green chillies.
