handy tips

1)have 4 tulsi leaves daily-it will cure asthma too gradually.

3)boil dudhi(white gourd) with tur dal and grind it.your dal will be tasty and nutritious.

4)when making dosa batter-take 4 cups rice,1 cup moong dal,1 cup urad dal and half a spoon methi seeds,dosas will be nutritious.
