1)To make batata wada crispy,add boiled tur dal to the besan batter.
2)if curds are not set well,put in a bowl of warm water,it will set in 15 minutes.
3)to make dhoklas soft, add malai to the batter.
4)to prevent curd from turning sour,add apiece of coconut to it.
